The client portal for audio engineers

Run the whole job on one link.

Feedback, sign-off, payment, and final delivery — in one record your client opens without an account. From first mix to paid and delivered.

No card. Your 30-day trial starts on the first successful audio upload, not at signup.

No client account · Stripe Connect payouts · Secure, expiring links

The signal path

One link, end to end

Not a folder of files and a thread of emails. Every stage of the job runs on the same record — and shows the same status to you and your client.

Why engineers switch

The parts email and Dropbox can't do

01 · The wedge

Files stay locked until you're paid

Send a payment request tied to the project. The delivery package — masters, stems, alts — unlocks the moment it clears, through Stripe Connect, straight to your account. No platform fee on the work.

Loudness and key, measured

Every upload is analysed on the way in — integrated LUFS, true peak, loudness range, BPM, and key. Your client sees the same numbers you do, right under the waveform. No guessing, no 'sounds quiet on my phone'.

Every job, sorted by what it needs

Not a file list — a board of paid jobs by state. Open notes, awaiting approval, revision requested, payment received, released. Nothing stalls in someone's inbox and no invoice quietly slips.

04 · Versioning

Notes that follow the work

Unresolved notes carry forward on their own — a comment left on v2 still shows on v4 until it's actually fixed. Every revision is kept, timestamped, and A/B-comparable. Nothing gets lost between versions.

The player

A review player built for engineers

Most review tools give your client a play button. Yours gives them a real listening surface — and gives you the read-outs you actually mix against.

Sample-accurate zoom

Scrub from the whole song down to a single transient. The waveform stays sharp the whole way in.

Peak · RMS · loudness

Overlay true peak, RMS, and the integrated LUFS trace on the same waveform — not just a flat picture.

Split-stereo lanes

See left and right independently. Catch width problems and mono fold-down issues before your client does.

Loudness-matched A/B

Compare any two versions level-matched, so louder never fools you into thinking it sounds better.

Text or voice, pinned in time

Pin a moment or whole section with text, or let clients record a voice comment straight from the browser.

Measured, not guessed

Every upload is analysed for LUFS, true peak, loudness range, BPM, and key. Your client sees it too.

Review room

The room your client opens

Branded in your studio. No account, no app. Real waveforms, loudness read-outs, and a guide that tells them exactly what to do next. This is the live surface — themed in ours.

Questions
What audio formats are supported?

WAV, MP3, FLAC, AAC, OGG, and M4A all work in the browser player. Files stream directly from Cloudflare R2 — your source files stay private behind presigned URLs.

Do clients need an account?

No for public and password-protected links. Account-gated projects require invited members to sign in.

Can clients leave voice comments?

Yes. Complete includes timestamped client voice comments, and clients never need to install an app or pay for an account.

How does payment to me work?

Client payments flow through Stripe Connect direct to your bank — no platform fee. You set the price, deposits, and per-track extra-revision rates.

How does billing work?

Complete is €19 monthly or €190 annually, with 250 GB included. Optional 250 GB storage blocks match your billing cadence. Prices include VAT where applicable.

When does the trial start?

The 30-day no-card trial starts only when your first project or Showcase audio upload finishes successfully. Before that, there is no timer.

What happens after access ends?

Your workspace becomes read-only for 90 days. You can read, export, download your originals, delete content, or restore access before permanent workspace deletion.

Can I use my own branding?

Yes. Complete includes your name, accent, logo, footer, Studio page and branded platform subdomain. Custom DNS domains are not sold as a live feature yet.

How do revisions work?

Per-track. You set "revisions included" (default 2). A new version uploaded against a track counts as one round; the extra rounds auto-invoice at your set price.
