One link covers the whole job. Clients listen, leave waveform-pinned notes, sign off, pay, and unlock delivery — every step logged on the project record.

Built for the workflow
Six things email can't do
01
Waveform-accurate notes
Clients click the exact moment on the waveform. Range comments cover a region, not just a point. No more "around the 2-minute mark".
02
✓ Approved · 14 May 2026
Formal client sign-off
When the client is satisfied, they click Approve. You get a notification and a timestamped record they can't reopen later.
03
v2↔v3
A/B compare any two versions
Switch between v2 and v3 instantly, in sync, at the same playhead. Catch what changed without re-cueing two tabs.
04
Per-track revision rounds
Contract says 2 revisions per track. We count rounds, warn when used, and auto-invoice the extra ones at your set price.
05
InvoicePaidReleased
Pay then unlock delivery
Send a payment request, get paid through Stripe Connect direct to your account, then release the final files. No platform middleman.
06
↓ Master.wav14:32
↓ Instrumental.wav14:33
Download proof on every file
Every client download is logged — who, when, which file. Your closeout artifact is built automatically as the project runs.
Workflow
Upload to paid and delivered in six steps
01
Upload your mix
Audio streams directly from Cloudflare R2 — your source files never leave the platform unsigned.
02
Send the review link
One click. Password-protect, invite specific emails, set expiry. Fully branded on Studio+.
03
Collect waveform notes
Clients click the exact moment in the audio — or drag to mark a range. Replies, resolve, and won't-fix built in.
04
Bump revisions cleanly
New revision counts against the contract round. Replace-in-place when it's a fix, not a round.
05
Get sign-off + payment
Client approves and pays through Stripe — direct to your connected account, no platform fee.
06
Release the delivery
Build the deliverable folder once. Mark ready, release on payment. Every download logged.
The moat
The whole job, on one record.
Other tools cover one slice — comments, or sign-off, or paywalled downloads. tothemixhub binds every step of the job — notes, decisions, revisions, payment, delivery, downloads — to the same project record. Disputes die because the record exists.
WAV, MP3, FLAC, AAC, OGG, and M4A all work in the browser player. Files stream directly from Cloudflare R2 — your source files stay private behind presigned URLs.
Do clients need an account?⌄
No for public and password-protected links. Account-gated projects require invited members to sign in.
How does payment to me work?⌄
Client payments flow through Stripe Connect direct to your bank — no platform fee, no middleman. You set the price per project, deposits, and per-track extra-revision rates.
How does plan billing work?⌄
Free / Solo / Studio / Agency tiers, all monthly via Stripe. Manage or cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.
Can I use my own branding?⌄
Studio-tier branding (name, accent color, logo, footer) appears on every client review page. White-label domains land on Agency.
What happens to files if I cancel?⌄
Files stay accessible subject to plan storage limits. Downgrade gracefully or export your delivery packages before stepping down.
How do revisions work?⌄
Per-track. You set "revisions included" (default 2). A new version uploaded against a track counts as one round. The third round auto-invoices your client at your set extra-revision price.
Can multiple clients work on one project?⌄
Yes. Share one review link, invite by email for account-gated access, or (on Solo+) create multiple review links per project with different audiences.
